Raytraces: Home

I don't consider myself a very artistic person but here is one of my recent hobbies. These images were generated with the Povray ray-tracer and the some used the Moray front-end. For those of you who don't know, raytracing is a method of drawing scenes that are defined by mathematical shapes and textures. Then the computer does the work of figuring out what it looks like. That would be what the Povray program does. Moray just helps arrange the shapes and what-not. Click on a thumbnail to view a larger version. To find out more visit www.povray.org.
